Supreme Court of Pakistan takes Suo moto on IHC Judges’ Letter
The bench will be headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan takes suo moto on the letter of 6 judges of Islamabad High Court.
According to the details, the Supreme Court of Pakistan has constituted a bench consisting of all the judges present at the principal seat of Islamabad.
The bench will be headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa.
A 7-member bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan will hear the letter issue on Wednesday, April 3.
The bench includes Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Yahya Afridi, Justice Athar Manullah, Justice Musrat Hilali, Justice Jamal Mandukhel and Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan.
