Government of Punjab lifts restrictions after reduction in Smog
Caretaker provincial minister Amir Mir said that educational institutions can continue teaching activities.

The smog situation has reduced in Lahore and other cities, following which the Punjab government has announced the lifting of restrictions.
According to caretaker provincial minister Amir Mir, markets, bazaars, restaurants and business centers will open as usual tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. He said that educational institutions can continue teaching activities.
Caretaker Information Minister Aamir Mir further said that the winter holidays in public and private schools will be from December 18 to January 1. The smog situation will be reassessed next week.
The Caretaker Information Minister said that after the review, measures will be suggested in the context of the smog situation.
