Kareena Kapoor Khan reveals she suffered from depression

Bollywood babe Kareena Kapoor Khan has revealed that she suffered from depression and was traumatized and had nightmares.

According to the details, Kareena Kapoor Khan started her career almost 20 years ago with JP Dutta’s film ‘Refugee‘.

Bebo recently admitted that she was traumatized by her failures at the box office in the beginning of her career.

Kareena Kapoor talked about the failure of several films including her film ‘Jab We Met’ during a conversation on ‘The Ranveer Show’. She admitted that she has faced many emotional setbacks in her professional life.

During the show, Kareena revealed that due to bitter experiences of film failures, she often questioned her abilities and suffered in silence. She said:

I was very worried because of my flop films, I was traumatized, I used to cry for many nights thinking what is happening, why are my films not playing?

She had to say that everyone was treating her very well but she needed a good film to showcase her talent.

Kareena Kapoor Khan said that if this situation had happened to anyone else, that person would have suffered from depression like me. No one can escape from depression but no one likes to talk about it. She further said:

I didn’t even let people around me feel the pain and suffering I was going through because I had worked so hard for those films and roles.

The actress complained that there is a dearth of sympathizers in the showbiz industry, no one entertains anyone, no one supports anyone.

She said that no matter what is going on in your private life, no matter what the circumstances are, no matter if someone is dying, but in front of the camera you just have to smile and that’s what people want to see.

They don’t care about you. Circumstances do not matter and that is why a smiling face is a requirement of this profession.
