Since the release of the movie ‘Titanic’ released in 1997, there has been a debate among the fans that the wooden door in the movie that saved actress Kate Winslet (who played the roleof Rose) from drowning in icy water, could bear the weight of actor Leonardo DiCaprio (who played Rose’s lover Jack).

This wooden panel was actually part of the frame of the entrance to the plane’s first class lounge, which is about 8 feet long and 41 feet wide.

As the Titanic sinks, the hero and heroine of the film make several attempts to climb onto this wooden plank to save their lives, but soon realize that this wooden plank can save only one person from drowning.
