Heeramandi The Diamond Bazaar web series rocking on Netflix

Rumple and Harpreet have presented the cultural heritage of Lahore.

More than 300 beautiful costumes have been created for the web series ‘Heeramandi The Diamond Bazaar’ by renowned Bollywood director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

According to the details, renowned Indian fashion designers Rumple and Harpreet Narula, who created amazing costumes for the cast of the 2018 hit film ‘Padmaavat’, have now joined hands for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s first web series ‘Heeramundi: The Diamond Bazaar’.  He has made beautiful dresses with great creativity.

Rumple and Harpreet have presented the cultural heritage of Lahore in a very beautiful way and gave the audience an opportunity to know the intricate nuances of fashion of the olden days.

In this regard, Rumple and Harpreet have told in an interview that it took us two years to make these beautiful costumes for this web series.

He said that every composer has his own unique style and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s style is extraordinarily intricate and dreamlike.

Rumple and Harpreet also said that we did a lot of research on the cultural heritage of Lahore before creating these costumes, as our elders are from Punjab and especially Gujranwala, so we grew up listening to the stories from our elders there. These stories helped us a lot in designing the costumes for this web series.
