What is in the Election Amendment Act 2024 presented in National Assembly?

Islamabad (Pakistan News) 2 amendments are being introduced in the Election Amendment Act 2024 by the government of Pakistan.
The first amendment is that declaration of affiliation with a political party cannot be changed. The second amendment is that the party which has not given the list of reserved seats to the Election Commission cannot be given reserved seats.
Apparently, these two amendments have been introduced to prevent the return of PTI MNAs to the National and Provincial Assemblies.
According to the Amendment Act, 2024, both these amendments will come into force immediately upon approval.
It should be noted that the bill to amend the Election Act 2017 has been presented in the National Assembly. The amendment bill was presented by government member Bilal Azhar Kayani in the House.
In the National Assembly, the opposition raised slogans of ‘no no’ in opposition to the bill, while Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq sent the bill to the relevant standing committee.
