District Education Authority Sahiwal organizes a function on December 16
Peshawar tragedy has been strongly condemned in Pakistan and the whole world.
Chief Executive Officer Education Sahiwal Chaudhary Muhammad Ikram has said that December 16 is a tragic day in the history of Pakistan when innocent flowers were brutally martyred in their school.
He expressed these views while presiding over a function organized by the Punjab Council of the Arts Sahiwal Division in memory of the martyred children of Peshawar APS at Government Comprehensive High School in collaboration with the District Education Authority.
Director Sahiwal Arts Council Salim Qaiser, DEO Secondary Khadim Hussain Mohal, Vice Principal Shahid Irshad Rame, Assistant Directors Muhammad Qasim, Muhammad Wasim Akram and Ilyas Akbar Sughla besides a large number of teachers and students participated in the event.
Speaking at the event, Director Sahiwal Arts Council Salim Qaiser said that by cowardly attacking innocent children, the enemy has proved that it has no religion and is an enemy of humanity.
Assistant Director Admin Sahiwal Arts Council Mohammad Qasim said that the Pakistani nation will always remember the martyred children.
He said that the tragedy of Peshawar has been strongly condemned in Pakistan and the whole world.
At the end of the ceremony, prayers were offered for the forgiveness of the martyred children and teachers of APS and candles were lit in memory of the martyrs.
