A case against 1500 workers including TLP Naib Amir Zaheer ul Hasan Shah was registered in Qila Gujar Singh police station in Lahore under the complaint of SHO Hammad Hussain.
Zaheer-ul-Hassan, who was in hiding in Okara after the protests, has been charged under the Anti-Terrorism Act, Religious Hatred, Sedition, Pressure on the Judiciary, Intimidation of the Supreme Judiciary, Interference with Government and Obstruction of Legal Duties. .
The FIR states that by protesting outside the Press Club, Pir Zaheer ul Hasan spread hatred against the Supreme Judiciary.
