The Punjab government has taken a significant step to improve the quality of school education and strengthen the monitoring system.

Key Points of Sedhr Punjab New Instructions:
1. Expanded Monitoring Scope:
AEOs will no longer be limited to primary and elementary schools; they will also be responsible for monitoring high and higher secondary schools.
2. School Distribution:
Each AEO will oversee 12 to 15 schools to ensure effective monitoring and reporting.
3. Assessment of Teaching Standards:
Classroom observation tools will be implemented in all schools to evaluate the teaching process and performance.
4. High-Level Oversight:
District Education Officers (DEOs) and Deputy District Education Officers (DDEOs) will strictly monitor the performance of AEOs.

This initiative aims to enhance educational standards, activate the monitoring system, and ensure transparent performance reporting in schools.
