In this regard, the cause list has also been issued, according to which the decision regarding the specific seats will be announced at nine o’clock tomorrow morning.
Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa will pronounce the short order of the reserved seats. A three-member regular bench will decide on reserved seats.
It should be noted that the Supreme Court had reserved its decision on Tuesday on the request of the Sunni Ittehad Council for specific seats.
The Peshawar High Court had upheld the Election Commission’s decision not to give specific seats to the Sunni Ittehad Council, which was challenged by the Sunni Ittehad Council in the Supreme Court.
Today, a consultative meeting was held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa on the case related to specific seats in the Supreme Court.
According to the sources, all the judges included in the full court bench were present in the consultation meeting. The meeting has completed its consultation today.
It should be noted that the decision of the case related to the specific seats of the Sunni Ittehad Council was likely to be pronounced today.
Even before this, a consultative meeting regarding the decision of the case was held under the chairmanship of Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa.
