MEPCO Wapda Chichawatni is sending citizens up to three hundred units of additional bills under fictitious readings.
The image of the meter on the bill is not clear which gives the consumer no idea of how many units the bill has been received.
Upon complaint, the bill correction is delayed and the complainants are being made to go around the institution for several days.
This is done so that the complainant gets tired and submits the additional bill himself. SDO Chichawatni is not resolving the issues and SDC Shabbir Ahmad is too lazy to correct the bills.
The administrators of the institution are requested to improve the situation. The government is requested to privatize WAPDA so that this series of looting from the public stops.
