Major Ghulam Sarwar bail approved by Session Judge
Chichawatani police station Kassowal had registered a case against Major retired Ghulam Sarwar.
PTI backed candidate in PP204 constituency of Sahiwal district Chichawatni tehsil Major Ghulam Sarwar bail has been approved by Additional Session Judge.
According to the details, the bail of Major Retired Ghulam Sarwar, Chaudhry Zulfiqar Ali Dogar, Number Dar Chaudhry Rizwan Naseer Gujjar etc. has been approved by Shehbaz Ahmed Additional Sessions Judge.
Chichawatani police station Kassowal had registered a case against Major retired Ghulam Sarwar candidate for MPA and other leaders for holding a rally in connection with the election campaign.
The Sessions Court today summoned the police along with the records. Fully agreeing with the arguments of the lawyers, the court confirmed the request of all the leaders for pre-arrest bail.
Talking to the media representatives outside the court, Major Retired Ghulam Sarwar said that whatever caretaker government does, victory will be the destiny of PTI.
Registration of FIR against political leaders is a sign of cowardice. We are not going to panic. Inshallah, on February 8, 2024 people will stamp on the Mic election symbol and make the candidates of Tehreek-e-Insaf successful.
