Lahore DHA accident: Afnan Shafqat confessed to drifting
Malik Shafqat, the father of accused Afnan Shafqat, has also recorded his statement.
Lahore DHA accident (Jang newspaper) Afnan Shafqat, accused of killing 6 people in Defense area of Lahore has confessed to over-speeding and drifting.
According to the police, the accused Afnan Shafqat has admitted the crimes during the investigation that he used to drive the car fast and also zigzag.
In the police investigation Afnan Shafqat said that in the accident he got injuries on his stomach, Ibrahim on his hand, Saad on his neck and Ali Abdullah on his leg while Saad’s neck bone was badly affected.
According to the police sources, Malik Shafqat, the father of accused Afnan Shafqat, has also recorded his statement. An occlusion test was conducted to determine the age of accused Afnan Shafqat.
According to the police news, the polygraphic and photogrammatical test will be conducted on November 29, while Afnan Shafqat will be produced again in the court on November 27.
