Inter Commerce Part II Results Announced, Government Colleges Deprived of Position

All three positions were secured by private colleges, while government colleges were deprived of taking positions.

The Higher Secondary Education Board Karachi has announced the results of the Intermediate Part II (Class XII) Commerce Regular Group Annual Examinations for 2024.

Announcing the results, Chairman Inter Board Professor Amir Hussain Qadri said that in the Commerce Regular Group examinations, Muhammad Sami son of Muhammad Altaf, roll number 606818, a student of Tabanez College, secured the first position with 983 marks (89.36%) A-1 grade out of a total of 1100.

Rabia bint Imran Chapra, roll number 627037, a student of Comics College, secured the second position with 975 marks (88.63%) A-1 grade, while Javeria Taj bint Muhammad Saleem Jhara, roll number 627167, a student of Bahria College Karsaz, secured the third position with 970 marks (88.18%) A-1 grade.

While giving details of the results, the Director of Examinations, Zarina Rashid, said that 34,451 candidates registered for the Commerce Regular Group exams.

While 33,610 candidates appeared in the exams, out of which 12,087 candidates were declared successful, thus the success ratio was 35.96%.

In these exams, 169 candidates secured A-1 grade, 1,123 secured A grade, 2,306 secured B grade, 4,450 secured C grade, 3,760 secured D grade, while 279 candidates secured E grade.

The results have been uploaded on the board’s website www.biek.edu.pk. Candidates can also check their results on the official Android app of the Board of Higher Secondary Education Karachi.

The Android app can be installed on the mobile by searching for BIEK on Google Play Store.

Chairman Professor Amir Hussain Qadri, while congratulating the successful students, said that after the announcement of all the intermediate results, a big event will be organized in their honor to encourage the position holders, in which parents, teachers and media will also be invited along with the students.
