Government School Clerk loses Rs. 2M of Examination fee in Gambling

A school clerk in Government Model High School Zhob district of Balochistan staked the future of more than 800 students by losing 23 lakhs of examination fees in Gambling.

School clerk Shehzad Jamal allegedly lost the money in online gambling. On learning about the incident, the school principal registered a case against the clerk in Zhob police station.

The school principal says that he has blown 23 lakh 15 thousand rupees, we found out on 26th, as soon as we found out, he was arrested and handed over to the police within 15 minutes and an FIR was registered.

The last date for submission of fees for matriculation in Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education is October 30.

If the fee is not collected on time, the examination of the students is feared to be affected, this situation has worried the students of the school.

Children say that there is a problem in our school that our clerk has lost the exam fee in online gambling, which is likely to affect our exam. Our principal is in touch with the board office, he is constantly trying that our year is not wasted.

Balochistan Board Chairman Ijaz Baloch has given a 10-day concession to 878 students of Government Model School Zhob to submit the examination fee keeping in mind the anxiety of the students.

However, public circles say that the clerk playing with the future of students deserves strict action.
