France News: 115 MPs call for a ban on arms sales to Israel

The brutal attacks of the Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip have killed more than 33,000 people.

More than 115 French MPs have called on Emmanuel Jean-Michel Frédéric Macron to ban arms sales to Israel.

According to Arab media Aljazeera English reports, 115 members of the French parliament have written a letter to President Emmanuel Macron, demanding a ban on arms sales to Israel.

The parliamentary letter said that France should not be a participant in Israel’s ongoing worst genocide, the brutal attacks of the Israeli forces in the Gaza Strip have killed more than 33,000 people.

The parliamentarians demanded that the government present in parliament the details of the weapons supplied to Israel.

France’s arms deal with Israel is a serious violation of international law, the parliamentary paper further said.

It also stated that France should not be a party to the ongoing Israeli crimes of genocide against Palestinians.
