According to the management of Lahore Qalandars, they are happy to appoint former England fast bowler and former Yorkshire County MD Darren Gough as the head coach.

Gough expressed his honor in being associated with Lahore Qalandars, stating that he has previously assisted in their Player Development Program and looks forward to continuing his work with the franchise in the future.
He emphasized his excitement about the new role as head coach, aiming to contribute to the team’s success.
Samin Rana of Lahore Qalandars referred to Darren as “Khush Umid,” expressing enthusiasm about his appointment.
Rana highlighted that Gough extensive experience will significantly contribute to strengthening the team’s foundation.
Darren Gough will join the squad in Guyana on November 23.
It should be noted that the Global Super League will start in Guyana from November 26.
