The founder of PTI was presented in the courtroom. Shah Mehmood Qureshi was brought from Kot Lakhpat Jail and presented in Adiala Jail.
The court has filed charges against Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Ali Amin Ghandapur, Shehryar Afridi, Kanwal Shauzab, Shibli Faraz, and 14 other accused.
It is worth noting that a total of 113 accused have been charged in the 9th May GHQ attack case. The court has summoned six other accused named in the case for December 21.
On the other hand, Shah Mehmood, Kanwal Shauzab, and Ali Amin Ghandapur have filed petitions for acquittal. The ATC judge will hear these petitions tomorrow.
