Rs 4 crore 74 lakh have been paid to the heirs of 21 employees.

CEO Education Sahiwal Chaudhry Muhammad Saeed has said that the cases of financial assistance to the heirs of employees who died during service in the School Education Department are being resolved on a priority basis.
It is being done in order to reduce the hardships of children of employees who die during service. He said this while giving details of payment of dues of employees who died during service.
He said that till March 31, 2022, the heirs of 21 employees who died during service have been paid Rs 4 crore 74 lakh.
He further informed that there were 20 cases of levy encashment under which 75 lakh 10 thousand rupees have been paid.
