Bar Association Okara and Chichawatni stand with protesting teachers

District Bar Association Okara and Tehsil Bar Association Chichawatni express solidarity with protesting teachers.

According to the details, District Bar Association Okara expressed solidarity with the teachers and announced their participation in the protest of teachers. Members of the Bar joined the protest and did not appear in the courts.

Tehsil Bar Association Chichawatni also condemned the violence against government teachers and expressed solidarity with them.

Bothe the Bar Associations demanded Punjab government that the government should stop violence against the teachers and listen to the demands.

It is to be noted that the joint decision of all AGEGA leaders to release their central leaders and all their demands including:

• Stop privatization of government schools
• Suspension of notification of leave encashment
• Dismissal of all FIRs against teachers

And no educational institution, no office will open in any case until all legitimate demands are approved.
