ATC orders to confiscate the property of PTI Sahiwal Leaders
The name of PTI leader former MNA Rai Murtaza Iqbal Rai Hasan Nawaz from Chichawatani are also included.
Gujranwala (Sahiwal Updates – Zafar Iqbal Ansari) Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Gujranwala has ordered to confiscate the property of important leaders of PTI Sahiwal division.
According to the details, the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has ordered to confiscate the properties of 51 leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf named in the Gujranwala Cantt attack and arson cases on May 9.
The name of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf West Punjab Vice President Chaudhry Muhammad Asif and Additional General Secretary West Punjab Shakeel Khan Niazi from Sahiwal are also included in the list.
The name of PTI leader former MNA Rai Murtaza Iqbal and Member Core Committee Punjab former MNA Rai Hasan Nawaz from Chichawatani are also included.
It should be noted that the property confiscation order of important leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf across Punjab has been announced. The spokesperson of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chichawatni says that our local leaders have been involved in attacks in 11 places at the same time, which is a big surprise for world scientists.
The process of declaring 51 accused involved in the case as ad is going on in the court. On the order of the court, advertisements have been displayed at the houses of the accused and important places in the city.
The court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the accused. In the case, terrorism has also been charged with murder. The names of Murad Saeed, Hammad Azhar, Farrukh Habib, Umar Ayub, Ali Amin Gandapur, Zartaj Gul, Zubair Niazi, Akram Sahi, Shaukat Bhatti, Ahmed Chatta, Bilal Ejaz and Zafarullah Cheema are also included in the 51 accused.
Other accused in the case include PTI founder Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, Yasmin Rashid and Ejaz Chaudhry.
