Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Commissioner Jobs:

Qualification = any subject Masters degree/ 16 year(MA, LLB, MSc, BS honors)

Experience: The government employee should have the following experience in Punjab Government:

  • BPS 5-10 scale= 8 years
  • BPS 11-16 scale = 5 years
  • Service must be regular.

About the Written Test and Interview!

1-English Essay 25 Marks

2-Urdu Essay 25 marks

3-GK 100 Marks MCQs

And 40% marks are necessary to pass. And there is an interview of 200 marks.

If you are regular at the time of application, you are eligible even if you have been regular for only one day. If you are on contract at the time of application, you are not eligible even if you have served for 10 years.

How can Teachers Apply for Assistant Commissioner Jobs?

Regular Teachers need to download NOC from from PPSC website and get it signed from the appointing authority (DEO). After getting NOC, teachers can apply for the post of Assistant Commissioner. Bring these documents to DEO office for taking NOC.
