Famous Pakistani host and actress Dr. Shaista Lodhi has shared an easy way to lose one kilogram of weight without dieting or exercising.

Recently, Shaista Lodhi appeared as a guest on a private TV morning show, where host Nida Yasir asked her about weight loss.

In response, she explained that salt is essential for the human body, but it’s important to pay attention to both the quantity and quality of salt used.

The actress mentioned that excessive salt consumption is a major cause of weight gain.

She advised people struggling with weight gain to try a simple experiment at home: stop using white salt in their food. By doing this, you can lose up to one kilogram of weight in just three days.

Shaista Lodhi further suggested replacing white salt on the dining table with pink salt.
