Special Judge Central Shahrukh Arjumand issued the release warrant, stating that the High Court had approved Imran Khan’s bail and directed his release if he was not required in any other case.
Tariq Noon and Raja Ghulam Sajjad submitted two surety bonds worth 1 million rupees each in court.
It is noteworthy that on Wednesday, the Islamabad High Court approved the PTI founder’s bail in the Toshakhana 2 case.
Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb of the Islamabad High Court heard the bail plea.
The High Court granted bail and required two surety bonds of 1 million rupees each.
