Details have emerged of an incident in the town of 53/2L, Okara, where a Fake peer has been arrested for allegedly raping a woman.
The woman, a resident of Youngpur 38 GD, was reportedly upset with her husband and had visited the accused to obtain an amulet and spiritual remedy for the return of her children.
Jali Peer allegedly threatened her with a dagger and assaulted her. After the crime, the suspect fled the scene.
Police have stated that a case has been registered under the relevant provisions of the law at Sadar Police Station, Okara, and the accused has been taken into custody.
