Gulshan e Fatima Housing Scheme Chichawatni Scam

Chichawatani (Sahiwal Updates – Special Correspondent) The residents of Gulshan e Fatima Chichawatni have requested higher authorities to take notice of registry issues by the owners. It is located opposite side of Hayatabad on Bypass.

According to the details, Gulshane Fatima was sold in installments by Tanveer Ahmed Khan son of Kanizuddin Khan Pathan (House No. 78 Street No. 6 Mahalla Bilal Colony Sahiwal) through colony owner Ehsanul Haq Bhali.

Later, due to financial issues in Tanveer Ahmad Khan, who was given the Mukhtar Aam by the owner, the registries were stopped indefinitely.

Residents of Gulshan e Fatima Town say that they are being ignored for four years. The costs of the registry have doubled in these four years. Apart from this, Tanveer Ahmed Khan etc. have neither installed tuff tiles in the roads of the colony as promised nor have they sold the area allotted for the park.

Residents further said that Tanveer Ahmad Khan has sold more than his share of land through Mukhtar e Aam due to which the respective patwaris are refusing to give Fard. Residents cannot even knock on the court’s door without obtaining an Fard.

The residents of Gulshane Fatima Colony have appealed to the Assistant Commissioner Chichawatani and Deputy Commissioner Sahiwal to compel the owners of the Colony to remove the self-imposed restriction of the registry on the residents and complete the development work.
