Imran Khan demands Judicial Commission on 9 May incidents
Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa assured to hear the case soon.
The founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan says that he is not responsible for the May 9 incidents.
During the hearing of cases against the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on May 9 incidents in the anti-terrorism court in Lahore, the court made the presence of the founder of PTI through video link in 12 cases.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Khalid Arshad heard the case, the investigating officers requested the physical remand of PTI founder in 12 cases.

The PTI founder Imran Khan gave a statement in the court that I did not do the May 9 incidents, I am not related to these incidents, I was attacked in Wazirabad, despite my government, the FIR was not registered against my will.
The footage of CCTV cameras disappeared from Islamabad High Court, my house was attacked, I had asked for a peaceful protest, I have requested to the Supreme Court for a judicial inquiry into the May 9 incidents, I reminded the Chief Justice. It has been assured to hear our request soon.
Founder PTI’s lawyers Usman Riaz Gul and Azhar Siddique Advocate also gave arguments in the court.
Usman Riaz Gul said that the cases which are being heard through video link earlier are inside the jail, the accused should be presented directly in the court.
The law says if you can’t produce, then some security agency will produce it, if you can’t produce an accused safely, then where is the writ of your government? If the lawyer of Shah Mehmood Qureshi did not object, it is not our fault.
Official sources argued that line attendance is equally important, otherwise the evidence would not be recorded, on which Judge Khalid Arshad inquired why you are not presenting the founder of PTI in the court. The government lawyer said that he could not present it in the court due to security reasons, this is written in the supplement.
Founder PTI’s lawyer Azhar Siddique said that can we see the remand paper on what basis is the prosecution seeking remand, to which the public prosecutor replied that absolutely not, it is a cipher so you cannot see it.
The lawyers of founder PTI requested to produce him in court in personal capacity. Later, the court adjourned the hearing of the case for 10 minutes.
